The pilot intake is a tokenized form scoped to your booked consultation — we deliver the link in the confirmation email right after your free walkthrough is on the calendar. The form itself: eight fields, ten minutes. Every answer becomes a parameter in the receptionist's prompt and the CRM record we set up during onboarding.
We don't accept anonymous intake submissions.
Each intake row is tied to a specific consultation, so we can match the answers to the call you booked and follow up with the right LoopLogic teammate on the day of the walkthrough. A public form would invite cold submissions we can't route.
